Wonderful Week
Was easy to stay here with everything all in place. Very comfortable and loved the covered parking with the private entrance. Easy walk across the street to the beach and the people working on the beach are the best. They always remember you and are very friendly. Great area to walk around or catch the trolley. The week went too fast!

Beautiful beach and condo

This condo and it’s owner Sandy are FANTASTIC
This condo was great and Sandy has added little touches everywhere.. it’s in great proximity to crescent beach. Everything you need is here. It is kept meticulously. The only issue we had was with the tv in master, but within 10 mins Sandy had it taken care of and fixed. You don’t need to worry about bringing a hair dryer, there are 2. Leave your beach towels at home because Sandy has more than enough for everyone and they are large and fluffy. There are coolers and toys and the best floats. And the property itself is gorgeous and well maintained. One night we wanted ice cream and decided to try the walk to Siesta Creamery and it was an easy walk (I am disabled) about 10 mins and Captain Curt’s (great food and daiquiri’s) was even closer.. the 2 bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and each has its own bath. Only 1 shower but the 4 of us had no issues. The bed in the master was sooo comfortable, I always worry about not being in my own bed but here is no issue.. There is a washer/dryer which is so convenient. All appliances are brand new. It’s a full kitchen so Everything you could possibly need is available. We highly recommend Sandy and her beautiful condo.

Condo in Paradise
Sandy;s Condo was beautiful and close to the beach and inter-coastal. Sandy was very responsive with any questions we had. We didn't have many because everything you need to have a great vacation, is right there. Will definitely be calling on Sandy again.

Absolutely recommend staying...condo is very clean, supplied beyond expectations, beautiful furnishings. Top quality linens, towels including beach towels. Master bedroom so comfortable. Sandy is extremely responsive and a pleasure to rent from. Complex is wonderfrul and well maintained, parking close to condo and easy walk to private community beach. Pool and patio so clean and pool is kept at perfect temperature. By far the best rental we have stayed at over the last 10 years....we are recommending to friends and family! You will have no regrets!

Amazing
Sandy was an amazing host from check in to check out. The condo/apartment was beautiful and fully stocked and very spacious. The beautiful sandy beach just a few minute walk away. What I like best was not having to lug beach chairs and umbrellas, they are supplied and set up by the condo organization.

This was our second stay in Sandy’s condo at Midnight Cove. It’s so perfect and has everything you need for the week including a beach cart, beach toys and plenty of beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals, cozy furniture and beds and a gorgeous TV with so many channels. Free WIFI in the condo allowed me to keep up with work all week too. Brand new washer and dryer are so convenient in the condo to keep up with the laundry and go home with clean clothes. Midnight Cove is an amazing property with security, outdoor BBQ areas, two pools and a private beach area with chairs and umbrellas and so many fun activities and places to eat within walking distance. SK has become our favorite beach and staying at Sandy’s is so easy and perfect for our family. We will definitely be back and I recommend staying here. Sandy is great to work with and very prompt to respond to all your questions. 5 stars for sure!!!

Beautiful and relaxing!
This is a great condo that is close to everything. It is very clean and spacious. There was a beach buggy, coolers, and beach toys available to use. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home. There are also very nice gas grills that we used many times. The beach is a very short walk and the attendants will set up chairs and umbrellas to use. The beach itself is gorgeous with soft white sand, clear water, and amazing sunsets. In the mornings we would see dolphins swimming by. It was fun watching the big boats leaving the docks and heading out for the day right from the living room. A lot of people were fishing on the pier and the condo also has fishing poles available to use. Restaurants are within walking distance. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again. This was a very relaxing vacation and hope to return soon.

Sandy’s Siesta Key Condo
We had a wonderful stay in April at Sandy’s Siesta key condo. From our first conversation to after our departure Sandy was so wonderful and accommodating to whatever our needs were. Condo was so clean and tastefully decorated. Beach access was so easy across the street and the pool was great. We met some very nice people and treasured our vacation. Wonderful condo on close to the beach!
The condo was in a great location close to the beautiful beach. Sandy was a great host and was very responsive and informative of the condo in general and the area. The condo was extremely well equipped for the necessities for the pool and beach. Would definitely book again if in that area.Thanks for a great stay Sandy!

Great location
The condo was located is a good spot. It was walking distance to a grocery store and a couple of restaurants and bars. Condo had everything we needed and was nicely furnished. Beach was beautiful, although it was quite busy during spring break. The walk from condo to beach was not far and some days we just sat by the pool. Would recommend.

Our honeymoon!!!
First, what a great location! Close to everything. Condo was amazingly beautiful, the beach theme rocked! Comfortable beds, nice furniture and TV's. All brand new inside! And best part.....a top of the line washer and dryer in the unit, instead of walking up to the laundry mat. This place was well decorated and thought out! Next, take a walk across a small two lane road and there is a private beach for the condo owners and their guests only. Ever walked in powdered sugar? That's what the sand feels like...and not hot on the feet! There is a beach guy named Ian who greets you with a smile and brings out chairs and umbrellas for you!! He also has kayak's and other beach toys! Restaurants have great food and the people in this town are very nice. This made our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The sunsets on the beach are fabulous.....like a picture. We will definitely be back next year! If I could give this 10 stars.....I would!

Very clean with modern updates
Excellent vacation! Beautiful beach with chairs and umbrellas for all. Nicely updated condo with beautiful grounds. Loved having the grill right off the back door. Owner was so easy to work with and answered all our questions.

Amazing vacation!
Stop looking and stay here! Great location, beautiful furnishings, attention to details beyond belief. Has everything you could want in the kitchen. Beach towels, toys, everything you need for the beach. Easy walk to the beach, having beach chairs and umbrellas there waiting for us was great. Games were wonderful for rainy times and sitting in chairs outback was so relaxing! Boatyard restaurant excellent. Paddle boarding fun! I’ll be back for sure! Sandy was so quick to respond and a pleasure to work with! Thanks for a great vacation week at your beautiful home!
